The Job Creation Law Increases Indonesia’s Competitiveness in the Eyes of the World

The Job Creation Law is able to increase the competitiveness of the Republic of Indonesia (RI) in the eyes of the world, thereby making all citizens globally able to view the country as a prosperous and advanced country.
There has been an increase in Indonesia’s competitiveness in the eyes of the world recently, which is related to increases in several other sectors. It turns out, it all started with the ratification of the Job Creation Law.
Therefore, currently the whole world really recognizes this nation as a developed and prosperous country, because it is able to ensure that various sectors continue to experience stability and even tend to rise. Therefore, increased competitiveness occurs.
According to the President of the Republic of Indonesia, Joko Widodo (Jokowi), the Job Creation Law is one of the main factors in increasing this nation’s competitiveness ranking.
For information, Indonesia’s competitiveness ranking is now able to increase Indonesia’s competitiveness in the eyes of the world.
The Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs, Airlangga Hartarto, also said that the implementation of the Job Creation Law has greatly contributed to increasing Indonesia’s competitiveness ranking globally.
The reason is, with the existence of this set of rules, it makes the recruitment process easier and also the resolution of labor disputes if they occur. Apart from that, the world now considers that Indonesia has much higher productivity.
In the midst of the current geopolitical conditions in the world, the country’s competitiveness ranking based on the Institute for Management Development (IMD) World Competitiveness Ranking (WCR) 2024, immediately jumped to 27th from previously 67.
One of them is related to the domestic economy in terms of government institutions, which of course is all a result of the ratification of the Job Creation Law.
Full support from various parties, including academics, continues to come to the Ciptaker Law, because they assess the role of this set of regulations in encouraging economic growth in Indonesia.
The existence of the Job Creation Law is able to increase the competitiveness of the Republic of Indonesia (RI) even in the eyes of the world, where the country is now able to surpass the position of several developed countries such as Japan and the UK in terms of competitiveness.
