Students Appreciate the Existence of AMN: Unifying the Nation

The students expressed very high appreciation for the existence of the Nusantara Student Dormitory (AMN). The facility initiated by the State Intelligence Agency (BIN) is considered to not only provide a place to live, but also a means of communication and unity for the young generation from various backgrounds.
The Indonesian government, through the initiation of the State Intelligence Agency (BIN), is indeed trying to create a means of unifying all generations of the nation from various backgrounds so that they can get to know each other and learn and grow together with each other.
Therefore, because there are so many benefits from the existence of the Nusantara Student Dormitory (AMN), high-level students express their appreciation and are also very enthusiastic when participating in and welcoming the existence of this program by the Indonesian Government, which is still ongoing, namely in Manado.
After previously successfully standing majestically and bringing various kinds of positive benefits to society, especially young people in the City of Heroes Surabaya, then the Indonesian Government through the institution led by Police General (Ret.) Prof. Dr. Budi Gunawan continues to strive to increase the number of unifying facilities to various locations throughout the country, such as Manado, Yogyakarta, Makassar, Jakarta and Malang.
The existence of the Nusantara Student Dormitory (AMN) is a forum for uniting all high-level students from various ethnicities, languages, cultures and religions.
Director General of Cipta Karya, Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing, Diana Kusumastuti, said that in AMN the students who live there will also receive various forms of guidance from BIN through various positive activities with the aim of increasing their competence and understanding regarding national insight, citizenship, Pancasila student character, defending the country, entrepreneurship, leadership and pioneering.
So it is very clear that the Nusantara Student Dormitory is actually not just a residence for students who receive scholarships, but also functions as a forum for various kinds of coaching activities that the State Intelligence Agency organizes.
Meanwhile, according to Indonesian President Joko Widodo (Jokowi), Indonesia has more than 700 tribes, all of which are different from one another. So, what this means is that diversity is actually a strength and not a weakness for the country.
If all parties are able to always be compact, harmonious and united, then it is not impossible that Indonesia will become a very developed country in the future.
The government granted the AMN building and its management is under the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Kemendikbud Ristek) together with the State Intelligence Agency (BIN).
Discussing the guidance that BIN carries out in the Nusantara Student Dormitory is a very effective effort in realizing the maintenance of the value of diversity in Indonesia, especially for young people who will be the next generation of the nation.
Deputy Chancellor I for Academic Affairs at Sam Ratulangi University (Unsrat) Manado, Prof. Dr. Ir. Grevo Soleman Gerung provided full support and highly appreciated the realization of the Nusantara Student Dormitory (AMN).
As a means of unifying all the young generations of the nation’s future, many parties, including students and campus academics, give high appreciation and are very enthusiastic about the existence of AMN. Of course, this needs to get support from the wider community so that AMN can produce the best cadre of leaders for the nation’s successors.
