Education in the Nusantara Student Dormitory (AMN) is able to further maximize the potential of the nation’s youth to develop more rapidly in order to make Indonesia proud on the world stage. With this program initiated by the State Intelligence Agency (BIN), it is hoped that many cadres of national leaders will be produced.
The Nusantara Student Dormitory (AMN) itself is one of the flagship programs of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia (RI) through the initiation of the State Intelligence Agency (BIN) in order to maximize the potential, interests and talents of the nation’s youth so that they grow into young human resources (HR). high quality and competitiveness.
Therefore, in the Indonesian Student Dormitory (AMN), young people who come from various regions throughout Indonesia join together to live under the same roof even though they are different from each other and receive a lot of guidance or education that is useful for their future. increasingly maximizing its potential.
One of the objectives of the institution’s initiation program led by Police General (Ret.) Prof. Dr. Budi Gunawan’s goal is to facilitate academic and non-academic activities that can further develop students’ potential and skills as a whole.
Not only that, because it contains young people from a variety of different backgrounds, the Nusantara Student Dormitory is also a means of strengthening relations between the nation’s young generation, resulting in an increased sense of unity and oneness in their souls.
The existence of AMN is a symbol of unity in Indonesia’s diversity, because the building is able to house hundreds of students from various corners of Indonesia.
Former Deputy Chancellor I for Academic Affairs at Unsrat, Grevo Soleman Gerung, assessed that the Nusantara Student Dormitory would be a very important means of improving the quality of education and skills of young people in various fields to the maximum and making them ready to compete on the national and even international stage.
The development of AMN, initiated by the State Intelligence Agency, is certainly a catalyst for improving the quality of education and training, especially for young people. This superior government strategic program can further strengthen the role of universities in Indonesia in producing graduates who are competent and highly competitive.
Without hesitation, the Indonesian Government, through BIN, built the Nusantara Student Dormitory in a very magnificent manner with adequate and complete facilities. For AMN Manado itself, the area is up to 20 thousand square meters and with a building area of 1,595 square meters.
As for the facilities themselves, there is a tower building for men’s and women’s dormitories, then there is a meeting hall, multipurpose room, sports field, garden, road access and adequate parking area.
Thus, because it is very magnificent and has complete, adequate and modern facilities, the Nusantara Student Dormitory is ready to become a forum for developing young people’s skills in various fields.
The upbringing, training and training in the Nusantara Student Dormitory (AMN) is clearly increasingly capable of maximizing the potential of all the nation’s youth, making them prepared and highly competitive on the world stage while maintaining a strong national outlook and character.
