The AMANAH Building to Encourage Creativity and Open Career Opportunities for the Younger Generation
Banda Aceh – One of the goals of the development of the Aneuk Muda Aceh Unggul Hebat (AMANAH) building is to encourage creativity and open career opportunities for the youth in Aceh.
For your information, this building was constructed on a land area of 5 hectares with a building size of 1.9 hectares. The construction of this building was initiated by the Indonesian Intelligence Agency (BIN) in collaboration with other stakeholders at the command of President Joko Widodo.
In the future, this building will serve as a training center run by AMANAH so that the younger generation has equal and broader access to the wide-open job market.
This was realized through Waitstaff Training for Deaf Friends, allowing the top 5 participants to directly receive job opportunities at cafes and restaurants in Aceh.
One of the trainers for the AMANAH waiter training, Normansyah, stated that there is an extraordinary spirit among the deaf community to continuously hone their skills.
“The progress is remarkable, although these deaf friends do need time to learn or to practice in non-deaf workplaces due to certain limitations,” said Normansyah.
Training from Aneuk Muda Aceh Unggul dan Hebat (AMANAH) will take place from July 29 to August 1, 2024, at Ivory Coffee, Banda Aceh. In the training, all participants showed their enthusiasm and seriousness.
“God willing, there will be five of the best people. Later, they will be placed (to work),” he said.
In addition to holding training for waitstaff, AMANAH also organized a Go To Campus event with the theme ‘The Young Create’. This event aims to inspire the younger generation to be creative in the digital era, as well as to serve as a platform for sharing ideas and creativity.
One of the participants in the event, actor Harris Vriza, expressed his happiness about the day’s event and his enthusiasm for the construction of the AMANAH Building in Ladong, Aceh.
“Thank you to AMANAH Goes To Campus.” Soon there will be the AMANAH Building in Ladong, Aceh. It could be a place for people to discuss, collaborate with each other, and cover up their shortcomings. “Hopefully everything can develop and go smoothly,” concluded Harris.
With the establishment of this AMANAH building, it is hoped that the youth of Aceh will receive ample training to enhance their independence, competence, and professionalism, so that they will be ready to enter the workforce or become young entrepreneurs.
