AMANAH Program Initiated by BIN Supports Improving the Quality of Human Resources of Aceh’s Young People
Jakarta – The Aneuk Muda Muda Aceh Unggul dan Hebat (AMANAH) Program has received wide appreciation as a concrete effort to improve the quality of human resources (HR) of the young generation of Aceh. This initiative, which is part of President Joko Widodo’s commitment to strengthening the potential of human resources in Aceh, is carried out with the support of the State Intelligence Agency (BIN) under the leadership of Police General (Ret.) Prof. Dr. Budi Gunawan, S.H., M.Sc., Ph.D., P.S.M.
The Head of the Syiah Kuala University Business Development Agency, A. Syaifullah Muhammad, emphasized the importance of the AMANAH program in creating an independent, competent, and professional young generation of Aceh.
“The AMANAH program is President Jokowi’s real commitment to improving the quality of human resources of Aceh’s young people. Through the training provided, participants are equipped with the ability to compete in the world of work and become independent individuals,” said Syaifullah.
In addition to providing technical training, AMANAH also offers character building by involving national mentors. This aims to expand the participants’ network and increase their access to various opportunities.
“The presence of AMANAH opens up a great opportunity for young people in Aceh to get coaching from national mentors, as well as expand their networks. This is a strategic step that will increase the competitiveness of young people in Aceh,” he added.
The facilities provided by AMANAH also received praise. This program is equipped with adequate infrastructure and training facilities, ensuring that participants can learn and develop in a supportive environment. “The facilities provided are very complete and good, ensuring that young people in Aceh get optimal training,” explained Syaifullah.
Not only does it have an impact on participants, AMANAH also brings significant benefits to the people of Aceh, especially in the creative economy sector. According to Syaifullah, this program has succeeded in improving the quality of products produced by young people in Aceh, such as in the fields of culinary arts and fashion.
“The AMANAH program touches various sectors of society, especially the creative economy. There is an increase in the quality of products produced, both in the culinary and fashion sectors. This certainly contributes positively to the economy of the Acehnese people,” he said.
With the various benefits offered, the AMANAH program is expected to continue to provide a positive impact on the development of human resources in Aceh, as well as preparing the younger generation who are ready to face global challenges.
