Dewi Puspitorini Promotes Inclusive Transformation and Digitalization of the UI Alumni Association

DEPOK—The election of the Chairperson of the UI Alumni Association for the 2025–2028 period is a strategic opportunity to shape the future of Indonesia’s largest alumni organization. In the ever-evolving contest, Dr. Dewi Puspitorini, SpP, MARS, has emerged as a candidate with a strong vision for comprehensive modernization and inclusivity.

As a pulmonary specialist and hospital management expert, Dewi is known for her results-oriented, collaborative, and progressive leadership approach.

Her tagline, “U & I Together, U and I Become Us,” reflects the spirit of building togetherness without barriers between academic years or professional backgrounds.

“Unity is not just about togetherness, but the strength to move forward collectively,” emphasized Dewi Puspitorini.

Commitment to digital transformation is a key pillar of her program. Through the UI Connect platform, Dewi aims to build a digital alumni ecosystem that enables real-time, cross-regional connectivity. This is considered crucial for strengthening alumni solidarity and collaboration across various sectors.

Support for Dewi continues to grow, including from senior alumni. Dr. Wawan Mulyawan, Chair of the Faculty of Medicine, University of Indonesia (ILUNI), expressed his confidence in Dewi’s capacity to address the challenges of the times.
