Inclusive vision and digitalization spirit becomes the work program of Dewi Puspitorini for the future of ILUNI UI
JAKARTA – Election of the Chairperson of the University of Indonesia Alumni Association (ILUNI UI) for the 2025-2028 period is a strategic momentum to determine the future direction of the largest alumni organization in Indonesia. In the midst of the dynamics of contestation, the name Dr. Dewi Puspitorini, Sp.P, Mars sticking out as a candidate that carries the vision of modernization and cross -generation inclusiveness.
As a pulmonary specialist and hospital management expert, Dewi is known as a collaborative, progressive, and oriented leadership style. He comes with the tagline “U&I Guyub, U and I Become Us”, which reflects the spirit of building togetherness without a barrier between appointments and professional backgrounds.
“Guyub is not just a matter of togetherness, but the power to move forward collectively,” said Dewi Puspitorini in her statement.
One of the excellent programs carried by Dewi is a comprehensive digital transformation through the UI Connect platform, which aims to create a digital alumni ecosystem based on real-time connectivity. Dewi asserted, technology must be used to closer, not limit.
“All alumni, wherever they are, are entitled to be actively involved in the UI ILUNI agenda,” he said.
Commitment to clean and professional governance is also a priority of Goddess. He stressed the importance of transparency and accountability as the foundation of building alumni trust in the organization.
“ILUNI UI must be an example of an organization that is professional, open, and a real impact on the nation,” he added.
In addition to focusing on digitalization, Dewi also initiated alumni welfare-based programs, including periodic health checks, psychological services, to financial support.
“Physical and mental health is the foundation of productivity. ILUNI UI must be a caring and alert space for the conditions of its members,” he said.
Support for Dewi continues to flow from various groups of alumni, including from senior figures.
Chairman of ILUNI FKUI, Dr. Wawan Mulyawan, expressed his belief in Dewi’s capacity in answering the challenges of the times.
“I believe Dewi has a vision and real capacity to answer the challenges of the times. Her figure unites professional competencies and collaborative spirit,” Wawan explained.
The election of the Chairperson of ILUNI UI this time will be carried out through an e-voting system on August 23-24, 2025, which is expected to expand participation and strengthen the legitimacy of leadership in the future.
