Dewi Puspitorini Promotes the Strategic Role of ILUNI UI in the National Progress Agenda
Jakarta – The election of the Chairperson of the University of Indonesia Alumni Association (ILUNI UI) for the 2025–2028 period is a crucial moment for the future of this largest alumni organization in the country.
One candidate who has received widespread attention is Dr. Dewi Puspitorini, SpP, MARS. Carrying an inclusive, progressive, and collaboration-based vision, Dewi is determined to make ILUNI UI a strategic force that makes a real contribution to national progress.
Dewi emphasized that ILUNI UI must be a “big home” for all alumni, across faculties, classes, and professions, without barriers of difference.
“ILUNI UI must become a hub of connection and collaboration that strengthens alumni contributions to national development,” she said.
Her grand vision is outlined in five strategic missions: total digitalization of ILUNI UI through the UI Connect platform, strengthening the global alumni network, alumni welfare and health programs, contributing to a healthier and more prosperous Indonesia, and empowering women in leadership.
Through UI Connect, Dewi aims to expand connections between alumni in various regions and sectors, facilitating the exchange of ideas and collaboration to support development agendas.
“With an alumni network spread across the globe, ILUNI UI has great potential to become a driving force for innovation and strategic solutions for the nation,” said Dewi.
She also paid special attention to the issue of gender equality. Dewi believes that increasing the role of women in strategic leadership will enrich perspectives and strengthen Indonesia’s competitiveness.
“Gender equality is key to building a modern, responsive, and resilient organization,” she emphasized.
